- Proposed a distribution-network reliability evaluation index based on value-engineering theory.
- Established a comprehensive reliability evaluation index system considering the number of users and power-supply capacity.
- Computed reliability index weights using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)–Entropy Weight Method (EWM).
